Ingredients for
Kache kele ki chutney(Aratikaya Perugu Pachadi)
Ingredients:
1 raw banana
1 cup curd
3 to 4 green chillies
2 to 3 red chillies
few curry leaves
1/4 tea spoon haldi
1/4 tea spoon hing
1 tea spoon urad dal
2 tea spoons chana dal
1 tea spoon jeera
1 tea spoon rai
1 tea spoon salt as per taste
1 table spoon oil
Boiled Raw banana (Aratikaya)
Method:
Boil raw banana in a pressure cooker for 2 to 3 whistles. Peel and mash the banana.

Heat a tea spoon of oil in a pan. Add chana dal, urad dal and jeera. Fry until the chana dal changes to golden color. Add green chillies fry for a while and switch off the flame. Let the ingredients cool.

Grind the fried ingredients first in a mixer coarsely. Now add mashed banana and salt. Grind gently once again. Add curd and blend again. Now take the chutney into a bowl.
Heat 2 tea spoons of oil in a pan. Add red chillies, rai, jeera, haldi, hing and curry leaves. When the rai starts spluttering, switch off the flame and add the thadka to the chutney mix well and serve.
