Pudine ki chutney
Heat half table spoon of oil in a pan. To it add 2 table spoons of chanadal. Fry until golden color and add green chillies. Fry for few sec. and add pudina leaves. Fry for a min and switch of the flame, let the ingredients cool.
Now make a fine paste adding tamarind, salt, gud and sufficient water. Take it into a bowl.
Heat half table spoon of oil in a pan. Add Rai (mustard) to it. When rai starts spluttering add urad dal, jeera, red chillies, curry leaves and hing. Fry well and add the thadka to the chutney. Khatta meeta Pudine ki Chutney is ready................Enjoy with hot pakoras........
