Aloo masala curry
Boil Potatoes in a pressure cooker, peal and cut into medium size pieces.
Grind Onions, green chillies,jeera,dhaniya,kaju, lavang, dalchini, ginger and garlic into fine paste and keep aside.
Heat 1 and 1\2 table spoon of oil in a pan. Fry the masala paste turns to golden brown in a medium flame. Add Haldi and mirchi powder. To it add potatoes and stir well. Add salt and fry for 5 mins. in a low flame.
Aloo masala curry is ready.......Take it into a serving bowl garnish with fresh dhaniya and mint leaves.
Tastes Good with Rotis, Chapatis and Rice.
