2 Raw Bananas
3 to 4 tomatoes
3 green chillies
5 to 6 garlic pods mashed
1 tea spoon each rai, jeera and urad dal
few curry leaves
1 tea spoon red chilli powder
1 tea spoon dhaniya powder
1 tea spoon salt (as per taste)
2 table spoon of oil (you can use less oil too)
Method: Heat oil in a pan. Add rai, jeera and urad dal. Fry until the dal changes color. Add chopped onions, green chillies and curry leaves. Fry until the onions turn pink. Now add mashed garlic. Stir and add red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, haldi and salt.
Mix well and add the chopped banana pieces (peal raw banana and chop to medium size pieces) and tomatoes . Mix well and close the lid. Put water on the plate and simmer the flame. Stir occasionally. Cook for 10 to 12 mins. until the curry is done.
