Besan for Boondi 


1 Cup besan (gram flour)

1/2 tea spoon salt

1/2 tea spoon chilli powder

oil for deep fry

                                                      Boondi  Batter  


Make a smooth batter of besan adding salt, chilli powder and sufficient water.

Heat sufficient Oil in a Pan for deep fry.  Take a skimmer, Place it above the pan.  Pour the batter in the skimmer.  Slowly drop the boondis into the oil. Fry boondi to golden color, remove and drain on a absorbent paper.  Let it cool.  Store it in a air tight container.
