Ingredients for carrot cutlets
Stir well and add grated carrot
Heat a table spoon of oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onions to it. Fry until they turn translucent. Now add ginger garlic
paste to it. Stir fry and add red chilli powder, haldi, dhaniya powder and salt. Stir well and add grated carrot to it. Cook for 4
to 5 mins and switch off the flame. Add finely chopped coriander to it.
Flatten it and Fill the carrot mixture in it
Boil potatoes, peal and mash thoroughly. Add salt to taste and keep it aside. Now take a small lemon size ball of the mashed
potato. Flatten it. (you can see in the pic. above) Fill the carrot mixture in it. Now cover it with another flattened potato ball.
Seal it properly. See that the filling do not come out. Make cutlets in the same manner.
Shallow fry the cutlets in a pan
Take 2 tbsp corn flour in a bowl, add water and make thin batter. Dip the cutlets in the batter dust them with the bread
crumbs and sprinkle sesame seeds on it. Heat a pan and place the cutlets in it. Add some oil around and shallow fry the
cutlets in a medium flame until golden brown on both the sides.
Tasty Carrot cutlets are ready to serve.......Serve hot with Sauce or any green chutney..........Enjoy........:)
