Carrot Onion utthappam

Ingredients:

Dosa batter……..1 cup

Carrot…………….1 to 2 nos. (grated)

Onion…………….1 no. Finely chopped

Green chilies……2 to 3 nos. Finely chopped

Coriander leaves..Finely chopped

Salt………………as per taste

Oil…………….....2 to 3 tea spoons

Method: 

Take a Dosa pan, add  1 tea spoon oil to it and make a small but thick Dosa Let it cook on one side.  Spread grated carrot, finely chopped onions and green chilies’ on the other side and let it cook.   Cook in a medium flame.   

Garnish coriander leaves.

Easy tasty onion, carrot utthappam is ready.  Serve hot…..with any chutney or pickle.
