2 Medium size corns ( around 2 cups of Fresh corn kernels)
1/2 inch ginger
2 to 3 green chillies
1 tea spoon jeera
1 large onion finely chopped
1 table spoon gram flour
1 table spoon rice flour
1 tea spoon salt (as per taste)
few curry leaves
1 table spoon fresh dhaniya leaves finely chopped
Oil for deep fry
Grind corn kernels, ginger, green chillies and salt in a blender coarsely. ( no need to add water) Take it into a bowl. Add finely chopped onions, gram flour, rice powder, chopped curry leaves, dhaniya leaves and jeera. Mix well.
Heat oil in a pan for deep fry. Divide the batter to equal portions. Place a ball on your palm press gently (in the shape of a vada) and leave carefully in the oil.
Tasty are ready serve hot with tomato sauce or any chutney..............Enjoy.................
