Ingredients for Kache Kele ki tikki(Aratikaya tikki)
2 Raw bananas
1 cup green peas
2 tea spoons ginger garlic paste
1 tea spoon (finely) chopped green chillies
1/2 tea spoon red chillipowder
a pinch of haldi
1/2 tea spoon dhaniya powder
1/4 tea spoon garam masala
1 tea spoon salt (as per taste)
1 tea spoon lemon juice (or amchur Powder)
1/2 cup Maida (all purpose flour) for coating
2 table spoons of sesame seeds
Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
Oil for frying
Boiled raw bananas
Boiled banana and peas mixture for tikkis
Boil Raw bananas in a pressure cooker for 2 to 3 whistles, remove the skin and mash well. Take it into a bowl. Add fresh green peas (If you are using frozen peas soak in warm water for few mins. drain and add) red chilli powder,haldi, salt, lemon juice, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, dhaniya powder and garam masala powder. Mix well.

Apply oil to your palms. Divide the mixture to equal portions and make balls. Take a ball on you palm and flatten gently, roll first in maida and sprinkle some sesame seeds on it. Press gently and keep it aside.

Now Take a non stick pan and apply a tea spoon of oil on it. Place the tikkis on it and spread some more oil around the tikkis. Roast until golden color in a medium flame.
