www.gruhinii.com,uma.p.ramana,Rotis chat,Left over rotis made as chat,Maa tv Maa voori vanta, chat with left over Rotis, rotis chat,Rotis chat, chat, left over rotis, grinded dry to crumbs,mirchi pakora, pakora, snack item, andhra, telugu, tamil, south, south indian, north indian, gruhini,household, house wifes, ladies, Ingredients: Left over Rotis ... 6 nos Aloo ... 1 nos. chopped to small cubes Carrot ... 2 nos. finely chopped Green peas .. ½ cup Green chillies .. 4 to 5 nos finely chopped Onion .. 1 nos. finely chopped Rai and jeera .. 1 tea spoon each salt (as per taste) .. ½ tea spoon (as rotis already have added salt) Curry leaves .. 8 to 10 leaves Dhaniya leaves .. 1 table spoon finely chopped (for garnish) Sev .. ½ cup (for garnish) Haldi .. ½ tea spoon Hing .. ½ tea spoon Sugar .. 1 tea spoon Lemon juice .. 2 tea spoons Oil .. 1table spoon Ground nuts .. 2 to 3 table spoon roasted and crushed Method : Tear rotis and grind to crumbs in a mixie. Heat 1 table spoon oil in a pan. Add Rai and jeera, when rai pops out add hing stir and add chopped onions, carrots, green chillies, curry leaves and green peas. Add salt and haldi to it stir. Cook in a low flame. After the veggies are cooked and roti crumbs mix well and add roasted ground nuts. Cook for 3 to 4 min. Switch off the flame. Add lemon juice and take it into a serving plate. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and Sav. Rotis chat is ready ..............Serve Hot...........Try once..........you will surely like it.
