Clean keema, add 1 tea spoon chilly powder, half tea spoon haldi, 1 tea spoon oil and 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste. Mix well a cook in a pressure cooker fo 6 to 8 whistles.
Make fine paste of grated coconut, dhaniya, khas khas and keep it aside.
Heat 2 table spoons of oil in a pan. Add cloves, cinnamon and cardamom, when cloves starts spluttering add finely chopped onions and green chillies. Fry until the onions turn pink, add 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste. Fry for few sec. and add chilli powder, haldi stir, and add chopped tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes leave oil now add keema, chopped aloo mix well add salt and add a cup of water. Cook for 5 mins. and add the coconut paste. Cook in a low flame util the curry is done.
Tasty Aloo Keema Curry is ready................. Serve hot with Rotis, Chapatis or Rice
