Wash spinach and blanch in boiled salted water for 2 minutes and refresh in chilled water. Grind spinach and chopped green chillies to smooth paste. Chop the paneer to cubes and fry and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped garlic and fry till it changes color. To it add the spinach puree. Add water if necessary. Once the gravy thickens add the fried paneer pieces and stir. Mix lemon juice and stir. Finally add fresh cream and serve hot.
