Munagakadalu Mujjiga pulusu/Drumstic curd curry
Heat oil in a pan. Add rai, jeera and urad dal. When rai starts spluttering add a pinch of hing to it. Stir and add chopped onions,curry leaves and green chillies. Fry until the onions turn translucent. Now add ginger paste and mix well.
Add chopped drumsticks, salt and haldi to it. Stir and add a cup of water. Cook until the drumsticks become tender.
Now add the coconut paste to it. Cook for few more mins and add the beaten curd to it. Mix well add another cup (or more) of water. Add sugar and boil for 5 mins.
Switch off the flame and take the curry in to a serving bow. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves. Tasty Mulakkadalu Majjiga pulusu is ready to serve.......Tastes good with rice or rotis.......
