Step 1: Heat a tsp of oil in a pan. Add jeera and fry till it pops up. Add chopped spinach and fry till the water comes out. Remove and keep aside. Step 2: Take another pan heat a tsp of oil. Fry ginger- garlic paste and add chili powder, salt, turmeric and grated cheese for a few minutes. Keep aside. Step 3: In another pan, heat 2 tsp of oil and fry chopped onion till golden brown. Add cumin powder, chili powder, turmeric, chopped tomato, coriander powder, garam masala and cashew nuts and fry for few mins. Now add the cooked paneer made in step2 mix well and cook for few mins.. Then add the spinach prepared in step1 stir and cook for few more minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and butter.
