Fry ground nuts without out oil in a medium flame. Cool and remove the skin. Wash curry leaves and pudina leaves and keep them aside.
Heat a table spoon of oil in a pan. Add rai, jeera and urad dal. Fry for few sec. and add chana dal. Fry until the dals turn to golden color. Now add green chillies to it. Fry and remove all the ingredients from the oil into a bowl and keep it aside. Now in the remaining oil add pudina and curry leaves. Fry in a medium flame until they are cooked. (it takes hardly 2 mins) and switch off the flame and allow to cool.
Now first grind the ground nuts along with the fried dals and green chillies.
Grind coarsely and add the cooked pudina and curry leaves. Add tamarind, salt to taste and sugar to it. Add sufficient water and grind to paste. You can see in the pic below.
Now heat a tea spoon of oil in a pan. Add half tea spoon rai, curry leaves and red chillies. When rai starts spluttering add the thadka to the chutney.....Pudina-curryleaves-groundnuts chutney/Pudina-Karivepaku-Palli pachadi is ready..........Tastes good with Idli, Dosa or Upma.......Enjoy.............
