Heat 2 table spoons oil in a pan. Add 2 tea spoons of ginger garlic paste, stir and add Onion paste. Fry until the paste turns pink in color.
Now add chilly powder, haldi stir and add chopped tomatoes, fry until it leaves oil and add chopped potatoes, beans, peas, carrot, Gobi and capsicum. Stir well add salt and kaaju-dhaniya-jeera paste. Add one cup of water, close the lid and cook for 10 to 12 mins. in a medium flame until the vegetables are cooked. Add garam masala powder and cook for 2 to 3 mins.
Take it into a serving bowl and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Mixed veg. curry is ready.........serve hot with Rotis, Chapatis or any varieties of Rice.
