Fry curry leaves dry (without oil) and let cool. Fry chana dal, dhaniya ,red chillies, jeera, rai and udath dal dry and let cool. Grind all the ingredients into fine powder. Add salt, imli and garlic and grind once again. You can feel a nice aroma of the curry leaves powder. Store it in an air tight container. Tastes good for more than 10 days.
