4 cups wheat flour (You can also take 2 cups wheat flour and 2 cups maida)
2 onions finely chopped
1 large capsicum
salt to taste
1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder
1/2 tea spoon dhaniya powder
1/4 tea spoon haldi
1/4 tea spoon garam masala powder
1/2 tea spoon ginger garlic paste
1 table spoon tomato sauce
Oil to fry the rotis and 1 table spoon oil for preparing the curry
1 table spoon chopped coriander leaves.
Add 1/4 to spoon salt to the flour. Mix well, add sufficient water and knead it to dough. (as you make for rotis) Keep it aside for atleast 15 mins. In the meanwhile take a pan and add a table spoon of oil. Fry onions and capsicum until they are cooked properly in a medium flame. Add ginger garlic paste to it. Stir fry and add salt to taste, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, haldi powder, 1 table spoon tomato sauce and garam masala powder. Beat three eggs in a bowl and add to it. Mix well and cook until the curry is done. Add finely chopped coriander leaves.
Beat another egg and a pinch of salt and red chilli powder to it. Divide the dough to equal parts and make rotis. Fry one side of the roti well and turn it.
Now apply the beaten egg mixture over it properly and turn it. Spray oil around the roti, fry it properly and remove from the tava. Prepare the remaining in the same manner. Take a roti in a plate and place the curry in the center of the roti
