Goruchichikkudu Pulusu koora
Boil chopped cluster beans either in a pressure cooker for 2 to 3 whistles or in a sauce pan and keep aside.
Heat Oil in a pan and add rai, jeera, urad dal and chanadal. Fry for few sec. when the dals start changing color to gold add onions and curry leaves. Fry until the onions become transparent. Now add the ginger-chilli paste and saute.
Add haldi, red chilli powder and fry for few sec. Add the boiled cluster beans. To it add the tamarind juice, salt and jaggery. Cook until the gravy thickens.
Switch off the flame and take the curry into a serving bowl. Goruchichikkudu Pulusu koora/Gavarphalli Khatta Meetha sabzi /cluster beans sweet sour curry is ready...........
Serve with steamed rice, rotis or Chapatis......
