Clean and cut Gobi into medium size pieces. Grind Onion,ginger and garlic adding little water and make a thick fine paste.
Take pan, heat 1 table spoon oil. Add jeera, dalchini and cloves. Let jeera splutter. Add Onion/ginger-garlic paste and stir well, until the masala leaves oil and turns to golden brown. Add Red chilli powder, dhaniya powder haldi and stir well. Add finely chopped tomatoes and salt. Fry until the tomatoes become tender. Add chopped Gobi pieces, stir well and add 1 cup of water. Close the lid and cook for 10 to 12 mins. until it is done in a low flame.
Take the curry into a serving bowl and garnish with fresh dhaniya leaves. Tasty Gobi tamater ki sabzi is ready.............
