Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera to it. When jeera starts spluttering add finely chopped onions. Fry until the onions become translucent. Now add Besan and fry in a medium flame for 4 to 5 mins . Now add haldi, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, salt and finely chopped dhaniya. Mix well and switch off the flame and let the stuffing cool.
Wash Bhindi throughly, drain and wipe with a kitchen towel. Nip off the tails. Make a slit length wise. Fill the stuffing in each bhindi.
Now place the stuffed bhindi's in a Microwave and cook on high power at 100% for 4 to 5 mins.
You can also cook in a pan too. Add 2 to 3 tea spoons of oil to a pan. Place the stuffed bhindis, close the lid and cook in a medium flame until they become tender.
