Baby corn Paneer curry​

Ingredients

• Baby Corn                ..    8 to 10 nos.
  
• Paneer                     ..    100 gms. approx.
  
• Onion                      ..    1 no. 
  
• (make a fine paste)  
  
• Kaaju                       ..    10 to 12 nos.
  
• (make a fine paste)   
  
• Tomatoes                ..    3 nos.
  
• (make a fine paste)   
  
• Ginger garlic paste  ..    2 tea spoons
  
• Red chilly powder    ..    1 tea spoon
  
• Coriander powder    ..    1 tea spoon         
  
• Haldi                       ..     1\2 tea spoon
  
• Green chillies          ..     2 to 3 nos.
  
• Salt                          ..    1 tea spoon(as per taste)
  
• Cloves                     ..    3 to 4 nos.
  
• Dalchini                   ..    1\2 inch
  
• Oil                           ..     2 table spoons

Method

Heat oil in a pan, fry cut Paneer pieces until golden brown and keep aside.  Add dalchini and cloves to the same oil, stir, add ginger garlic paste.  Stir well and  add onion paste, green chillies  and fry until the paste turns into pink in color.  Now add Red chilly powder,haldi, dhaniya powder and salt.  Stir well and add tomato paste.  Cook in a medium flame until it leaves oil.  Add cut baby corn pieces, Paneer and kaaju paste stir and add 1 cup water.  Close the lid and cook for 10 to 12 mins. in a low flame until the curry is done.

Tasty...tasty Baby corn Paneer curry is ready......Take it into a serving bowl and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.  Serve hot with Rotis, Chapatis, fried rice or steamed rice.  Surely.........you will like it.
