Bhendi fry

Ingredients

• 1/2kg Bhendi
• 1cup corn flour
• 1 cup Besan (Chana Flour)
• 1tsp red chili powder
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• Salt to taste
• Oil for deep fry​

Method

Wash and dry the bhendi without moisture.   Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the mixture to coat the bhendi and mix well without adding any water leave it for some time.

Take oil in a pan to deep fry the coated bhendi.

​Serve hot with rice. It is also good snack item.
