Clean and wash chicken pieces and marinate adding 1 tspn ginger garlic paste, 1 tspn chilli powder, 1/2 tspn haldi, half cup curd and lemon juice and keep it aside for half an hour.
Boil the marinated chicken in a pressure cooker (or in a pan) for 3 to 4 whistles. Take oil in a pan. Heat and add cloves, cinnamon and cardamoms. When cloves starts spluttering add 1 tea spoon of ginger garlic paste, fry for few sec. and add 1 tspn chilli powder and 1/2 tspn haldi. Stir for few sec. and add the Onion paste. Add salt and fry until the paste starts leaving oil. Now add tomato paste and cook for 2 to 3 mins and add the boiled chicken pieces. Add the Kaju,khas khas, jeera and dhaniya paste. Mix well and fry until the curry becomes dry and start leaving oil in a medium flame.
Chicken Fry (Kodi koora vepudu) is ready.... take the curry into a serving bowl and garnish with lemon, onion rings and fresh coriander and mint leaves.........
