Capsicum (small or desi) stuffed curry. This type of capsicum found in coastal Andhra Pradesh especially in Vijayawada & Guntur areas.The speciality of this curry is that even though it is called "bonga pachhi mirapakaya" it is not spicy.
Ingredients
Capsicum (small or desi) - 6
Besan - 4 table spoons
Jeera - 1 tea spoon
Salt - as per taste
Red chilli powder - tea spoon.
Oil to fry / 2 to 3 table spoons
Preparation:-
Mix all the ingredients besan, jeera, chilli powder & salt int a bowl and keep it aside.
Method
Wash and wipe the capsicums. Take a small knife and make a cut in middle as shown in the pic so as to make place to stuff the besan into the capsicum. Stuff the mixture of besan evenly into the capsicum.
After stuffing heat the oil in pan and shallow fry the stuffed capsicum until the green capsicum turns to brown and are properly cooked. Have this with rice and ghee..
