Step1: Marinate chicken for preferably 24 hrs and not more than two days by mixing all the ingredients.
Step2: Take a pan. Add butter or oil and fry the marinated chicken on medium flame with closed lid.
Cook for around 10 to 15 mins in a medium flame, until the chicken becomes tender. That's it. A two step process with only 4 ingredients gives you a healthy and tasty chicken with no sweat :)
