Take a vessel, boil 2 cups of water. Add 1 tea spoon salt to it. Soak the soya chunks for 10 to 15 mins. Drain water. Squeeze the chunks, add some more water and drain it again. This helps to remove the raw smell of soya.
Heat a table spoon of oil in a pan. Fry the soya chunks into golden color and keep aside. In the same pan heat another table spoon of oil. Add jeera, when jeera starts spluttering add finely chopped onions and green chillies. Fry until the onions turn pink.
Add 2 tea spoons of ginger garlic paste. Stir, cook for few sec. and add mirchi powder, haldi and dhaniya powder. Stir well and add finely chopped tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes leave oil. Now add finely chopped cabbage, fried soya chunks and salt. Mix well, close the lid and cook for 10 to 12 mins in a low flame until the curry is done.
Take the curry into a serving bowl and garnish with fresh dhaniya leaves. Cabbage soya chunks curry is ready............. Tastes good with rotis, chapatis or Rice.
