Fry all the ingredients separately dry (without Oil) in a thick bottomed pan. Fry in a medium flame. let all the ingredients cool.
Now grind Dhaniya, jeera, pepper and methi in a mixer to a fine powder. Sieve the powder.
Now mix the red chilli powder to it. Add Haldi, salt and mashed garlic pods to it. Mix well and store it in a air tight container.
This Masala Mirchi Powder can be used while preparing veg. as well as non .veg. curries, dals and Sambar.
Tip: If you are using 1 tea spoon of ordinary mirchi powder........you have to use 2 tea spoons of this masala Mirchi powder.
