FETTUCCINE ALFREDO WITH SHRIMP (Pasta)

Ingredients

• ​1 pkt Fettuccine
• 1 cup Alfredo Sauce
• 1 tbsp Red Pepper
• 2 tbsp Seasoning
• 1 stick  Butter
• Salt (as per taste
• 2 cups Broccoli
• 1 cup Shrimp

Method

Preperation of the Alfredo sause

Ingredients 

4 tablespoons sweet butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions
Melt butter in medium saucepan with olive oil over medium/low heat.
Add the garlic, cream, white pepper and bring mixture to a simmer.
Stir often.
Add the Parmesan cheese and simmer sauce for 8-10 minutes or until sauce has thickened and is smooth.
When sauce has thickened add the Mozzarella cheese and stir until smooth

​Now the Preparation of fettuccine:

Take a pan and let water to boil.   Add fettuccine and add 1 spoon oil and salt so that it doesn't stick together.  Let it boil for around 15 mins.  Occasionally stir it again for the same reason.
 In another pan, boil broccoli for around 5-8 mins, till it becomes soft.Also clean and boil Shrimp till cooked good enough.

Once done with all, take a pan and add butter. Add shrimp and stir.  After water gets oozed out and it turns into a little golden color, add broccoli.  Stir for few minutes and then add pasta.  Stir for a while and add salt, red pepper and seasoning.
