Make a slit in each chilli and remove the seeds.
Take a bowl and add basen flour,salt,pinch of red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder, garam masala,and few drops of lemon, and mix all ingredients by adding some water and make a thick paste.
Stuff the mixture into the chillies and do steam cook for 10 min's.
After getting cooked, heat a tea spoon of oil add 1/4 tspn each cumin seeds and mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds starts crackling ad the thadka to the cooked chillies.....Stuffed chillies are ready...........Tastes good with Dal-Chawal (rice) or Sambar rice........
