Ingredients

• Curds                                     1 cup
• Sugar                                     2 tbsp
• Basil seeds (sabja)                 2 tbsp
• Vanilla Ice cream                  2 scoops
• Roohafza                             2 tbsp                      

Method

Soak the basil seeds in a bowl for 10 minutes. Beat the curd and sugar.  Add basil seeds and Roohafza. Refrigerate till it is served. 
Serve chilled  with  a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream and a cherry on top.
