Ingredients

• Wheat flour       2cups
• Maida    1cups
• Besan    1/2cup
• Onion (finely chopped)   1
• Chopped methi Leaves      1cup
• Chili powder   1tsp
• Ripe Banana Fruits (small)  2
• Salt to taste  

Method

Mash the ripe bananas and mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make dough.



Take a small portion of the dough and roll out into chapatti shape.  Fry both sides on the pan using little oil.
Methi Parota is ready to serve. Methi aure kele ka parata  is healthy. Tastes good with chilled curd  and paneer butter gravy.
