MethodHeat 1\2 table spoon oil in a pan. Fry rai, jeera, urad dal and chanadal until golden brown. Now add green chillies to it, cook for few sec. and switch off the flame. Cool the ingredients and grind along with coconut pieces, mango pieces, salt and gud into paste by adding sufficient water.
Thadaka: Heat 1\2 table spoon oil in a pan. Add a tea spoon of rai, red chillies, hing and curry leaves to it. Fry and add the thadka to the Kairi Narial chutney. Kairi Narial Chutney is ready...........Tastes good with rice, rotis and chapatis. It is called as Mamidikaya cobbari pachadi in Andhra. By Mrs Uma ramana
