Ingredients

• 1.       Dates. . . .100gm
• 2.       Peanuts. . . .100gm (fry peanuts with out oil and remove the skin.  Grind to powder)
• 3.       Jaggery. . . .50gm
• 4.       Sesame seeds. . . .100gm
• 5.       Ghee. . . .3tsp
• 6.       Dry coconut Powder
• 7.       Dry Ginger Powder. . . .1tsp​

Method

1.       Heat ghee in a pan and add chopped dates, dry ginger powder and fry till it becomes soft.
2.       Then add jaggery into the mixture and let it melt.
3.       To it add fried peanut powder and mix well.
4.       Add sesame seeds to it and mix till it becomes thick.
5.       Remove it in a plate and cool. Apply ghee on the palms and make small equal sized ladoo and roll the ladoos in dry coconut powder.


Store in air tight container.
