Heat two table spoons of Oil in a pan and add 1 tea spoon of Rai, Jeera , Urad dal and 1 table spoon of Chandal.
Fry until golden brown and add Green Chillies, Turai and tomato pieces and stir. Add some salt and cook until it is done. Let it cool and grind the ingredients into thick paste adding imli and garlic cloves. You can also add 1\2 tea spoon sugar for taste.
Heat one table spoon oil. Add 1 tea spoon Rai, Red chillies and curry leaves, let them splutter , add thadka to the chutney and garnish with dhaniya leaves. Turai Tomato Chutney is ready.
This Chutney is made mostly in Andhra Pradesh and it is good to eat with Rice, Rotis, Chapati, Dosa etc.
