Beans Porial​

Ingredients

• 1 cup chopped French beans
• 1 cup grated carrot
• 1 tsp mustards seeds
• 1tsp cumin seeds
• 1tsp urad dal
• Few curry leaves
• 1 to 2 red chilies
• 1 tbsp oil
• 2 tbsp grated coconut for garnishing

Method

Take oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds curry leaves and red chili and fry them. Add chopped beans and grated carrot fry them on low flame for at least 15 minutes until the veggies are cooked.  Garnish with coriander leaves and grated coconut.
This recipe can be made in another method too 
Boil the chopped beans and chopped carrot in a pressure cooker,  and let it cool.  Heat Oil in a pan, add mustards seeds, urad dal, cumin seeds, red chili and curry leaves.   When mustard starts spluttering add the cooked veggies and add salt to taste mix well switch off the flame take it into a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and grated coconut.   Serve with steamed rice........and enjoy
