Ingredients1. red chilly powder 2 table spoons
2. salt 2 tea spoons (as per taste) 3. thur dal quarter cup 4. chana dal quarter cup 5. moong dal quarter cup 6. jeera 2 tea spoons MethodDry roast all the dals without oil. In a blender mix the roasted dals and jeera and grind to a fine powder. Remove and then mix chilly powder. This can be had with anything like rice, idli, dosa etc.
