Palak-Doodh ki sabzi/Palakoora paalu posina koora​​​

Ingredients

• 250 gms Palak (spinach) clean, wash, drain and chop
• 1 cup of milk 
• 2 onions chopped
• 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
• 2 green chillies
• few curry leaves
• 1 tea spoon each rai, jeera and urad dal
• 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
• 1/4 tea spoon haldi
• 1 tea spoon dhaniya powder
• salt to taste
• 1 table spoon oil

Method

Heat oil in a pan.  Add rai, jeera and urad dal.  Fry for few sec. and add chopped onions, curry leaves and green chillies.  When the onions become translucent add ginger garlic paste.

When the onions become translucent add red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, haldi and salt 

Fry for a while and add red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, haldi and salt.  Mix well and add the chopped palak 


Mix well and add the chopped palak.  Saute and reduce the flame.  Add milk.  

Cook in a medium flame for 10 to 12 mins. until the curry  thickens and completely done.  Stir in occasionally.

Palak-Doodh ki sabzi/Palakoora paalu posina koora is ready..........take it into a serving bowl......garnish with coriander leaves.........Tastes yummy with rotis or Chapatis ...................Try once..................  :)
